What We Collect
Ezo does not collect your browsing history, bookmark content, search queries, or any web page content. The only server-side metric is anonymous daily-active telemetry, which includes: app version, Android version, locale, and release channel.
How Anonymous Telemetry Works
On each launch, the app sends one anonymous record. The device identifier is hashed with HMAC-SHA256 and cannot be reversed. This metric is used solely to understand version distribution and can be fully disabled in Settings → Privacy.
Where Your Data Lives
Your bookmarks, history, scripts and settings are stored locally on your device. Ezo has no account system and no cloud sync — your data never leaves your device.
Third-party Services
Ezo integrates no third-party analytics, advertising, or crash-reporting SDKs. Every network request is triggered by you (browsing, installing scripts, checking for updates).
Data Retention
Raw daily-active records are deleted from our server after 30 days. Aggregated statistics are kept for 13 months. Deleting raw records does not affect existing aggregates.
